They also aimed to streamline daily operations by automating award submissions and creating a shared network of experts, arbitrators, and advocates.
Metamorf’s contribution
The firm faced challenges due to limited and inconsistently captured data spread across multiple manual systems. Metamorf developed a centralised, disputes-level relational data model that structured around 200 data fields for litigation and arbitration matters. The schema was deployed in their Azure data warehouse, integrated with core systems, and historical data was migrated. Smart forms prompted lawyers and operational teams to enter key data at relevant stages, while an API made the data easily accessible for use in tools like PowerBI and Excel.
The impact it had
Over 1 million data points have been captured, fuelling a new generation of business tools that have delivered significant value to the practice.
