Law firms lose significant revenue due to inefficient financial practices, such as delayed billing, unchased invoices, static rates, and write-offs when client budgets are exceeded. A major cause is fragmented financial reporting, often buried in monthly reports or scattered across hard-to-access PowerBI dashboards.

Metamorf partnered with the firm on a major digital transformation initiative, contributing in several key areas. We developed a substantial portion of the firm’s data warehouse, defining and creating over 1,500 descriptive statistics at the lawyer, client, and matter levels. Metamorf also built an API integrated with the firm’s compliance systems, ensuring sensitive data was obfuscated for unauthorised users. Additionally, we designed a 40-screen web application that displayed these statistics at both individual and matter/client levels, featuring an advanced search function that allowed users to search across 70 criteria.

The seamless access to data, actionable insights, and integrated links to execution platforms has greatly improved the firm's financial performance, making a substantial impact on the bottom line.
