Metamorf worked with the firm's partners, business development, and pricing teams to identify the key information clients sought during pitches and what would add the most value. We developed a user-friendly, web-based knowledge hub that organised key statistics, featured search functionality, and allowed users to apply filters, enabling non-technical users to easily and quickly access the precise data they needed for their pitches.
The impact it had
The firm secured a $3 million mandate just two days after the hub's launch, attributing the win to insights they previously couldn't access. A year later, partners who sponsored the project confirmed that the hub has significantly enhanced their sales efforts.
